Step 1: Complete the Contact Form

Start your journey by filling out our contact form, where you can share your skin concerns, goals, and any details you’re comfortable with. Once we receive your form, we’ll contact you within 24 hours via email or text to schedule a Discovery Call and book your spot in our calendar.

Step 2: The Discovery Call

This 10 to 15-minute call is your chance to connect with our team. We’ll discuss your skin struggles, answer your questions, and learn more about your goals. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident. After the call, we’ll book your first appointment and send you a confirmation email with access to our Digital Consultation Form. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away!

Step 3: Your First Appointment

Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to relax in our welcoming waiting area or use the restroom before your session. If you bring a friend or partner, they’re welcome to wait comfortably while you enjoy your appointment. During this visit, we’ll perform a detailed skin assessment using advanced tools to understand your skin’s health and concerns. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.

Step 4: Begin Your Skin Journey

This is where your transformation truly begins. Over the next few weeks or months, we’ll track your progress, adjust your skincare routine, and refine your plan as needed. You’ll have ongoing support from our team—whether during appointments or in between. If you have questions, we’re always here to help.
